Michael D. Bernard
Michael D. (“Mike”) Bernard has been in the fire service since 2005. He is currently employed by Dallas Fire Rescue in Dallas, Texas, and is an active member of the department’s USAR team. Mike has an Associate’s Degree in Fire Protection Technology and has been a certified Fire Instructor since 2012. Prior to moving to Texas, Mike was a Captain with a combination fire department in North Carolina. In 2018, after more than twelve years of fire service, Mike felt the calling to use his experience, knowledge, and passion to give back to the fire service. Mike’s vision is for Lone Star Fire & Safety Equipment, LLC to be the vehicle through which he and other like-minded and passionate firefighters can give back to the fire service by providing reliable high-quality training, sales, support and service to fire-rescue organizations in a manner that will enhance the ability of those organizations and their personnel to operate safely, effectively and efficiently.
William D. Bernard
William D. (“Will”) Bernard first started in the volunteer fire service in Virginia in 1972. He has served on combination fire departments in Virginia, North Carolina, and Montana, and is currently a Captain with Red Lodge Fire Rescue in Red Lodge, Montana, where he has served for more than thirteen years. Will has B.A., J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is currently a member of state and regional incident management teams and is a nationally-available single resource for wildland fire incidents. Will has experience as a departmental training officer and as an NWCG facilitative instructor.
Jordan T. Wenner
Carlton D. Noebel
Carlton D. Noebel began his career in the fire service in the fall of 2016. He is an IFSAC nationally certified Firefighter and Paramedic for the Dallas Fire Department in Dallas, TX. He received his Bachelors Degree in Metalsmithing from Texas Tech University in 2012. Before joining the fire service, Carlton owned his own business where he learned business, marketing and sales strategies that have proved to be invaluable. His business knowledge and passion for the fire service was his driving force to join Mike and Will in the creation of Lone Star Fire & Safety Equipment, LLC. Carlton is currently continuing his education in several areas to better serve the citizens of Dallas as well as working towards becoming an instructor in CPR, Extrication, and Driver Operator Pumps to help pass his knowledge and love of the fire service to other firemen with the same enthusiasm.
